CURRENT PRACTICE
Me Lord-Tarte practices primarily as a lawyer in civil and commercial litigation, labor law and administrative law. He has made representations before several judicial bodies, such as the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal as well as various administrative bodies such as the Administrative Housing Tribunal and has negotiated several advantageous settlement agreements for his clients.
BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
Me Jonathan Lord-Tarte holds a license in civil law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa, obtained in 2016.
Before embarking on his legal career, Me Lord-Tarte started on the job market in 2011 as a paramedic ambulance technician in the Outaouais region. His composure has enabled him to intervene with a diverse clientele in crisis situations and to develop his skills in managing emergency situations.
Wanting to transfer his exceptional crisis management skills to another area of passion while still serving people, he chose the legal profession.
Me Lord-Tarte has worked on files of all sizes, including very large-scale files, and has negotiated agreements for the benefit of his clients, particularly in areas such as insurance law, labor law and franchising. Passionate about advocacy and strategy, he has also made representations before various judicial bodies in Quebec in the areas of mortgage, real estate and administrative law. Thanks to his professional background, Me Lord-Tarte has excellent legal analysis capacities and litigation skills.
