Me Maude Chamberland holds a license in civil law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa, obtained in 2017, as well as a Juris Doctor degree in common law in 2019. His two University of Ottawa degrees are honored cum laude.
Me Chamberland completed his internship at the Barreau du Québec and began practice law in a small firm in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region. She has carried out cases mainly in family law, civil litigation and youth protection. She has made numerous representations to the courts. She has also represented several hospitals in the region in matters of mental health, as well as the town of Amos in prosecution in criminal law cases.
Me Chamberland practices mainly in family, civil and administrative law. Transparency, empathy and respect are the basis of her approach with the client and she demonstrates determination and dedication in the accomplishment of her mandates. She makes representations before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and administrative tribunals.
Me Chamberland also offers professional services in both French and English.
