Class Actions

Ad litem lawyer representing Benoit Atchom-Makoma in an authorized class action against the Attorney General of Quebec, the City of Quebec and the City of Montreal on the ground that since 2015, the state systematically violates its citizens’ fundamental rights by not taking the necessary measures to allow any detained person to be led before a judge within 24 hours.
